Return & Refund Policy – Kidoomart

At Kidoomart, we want you to have a smooth and happy shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or replacement subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return/replacement if:

The product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what was ordered.
The product is unused and in its original condition.
The original packaging, tags, labels and accessories are intact.

Products that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety or other reasons. Such products will be clearly mentioned on the product page wherever applicable.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos.

We may offer a replacement or refund depending on product availability and the circumstances.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective product received from us, Kidoomart may arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping cost.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be applicable.
